Nope! Since the designs are to be placed on top of your cap, I do not need the cap to start production. If you do provide it, I can attach the design myself or I can deliver it to you for you to attach (preferably with a hot glue gun).
The closer to graduation season, the higher the demand and therefore the longer it will take for me to complete your cap. I ask for at least two weeks to complete a design. Rush fees are applied for less than two weeks notice.
